Partner for the Health and Care Professions Council

Dear member

Have you ever considered becoming a Partner for the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)? We are currently recruiting for Partners in your profession.

What is a Partner? Partners help the Health and Care Professions Council to make important and valuable contributions to its decision-making processes. There are a variety of different roles that can be filled by people with different experiences and qualifications including members of the public, qualified lawyers and registrants such as yourself.

Partners operate as self-employed contractors and the majority of our partners undertake this work in addition to their full time position.

Becoming an HCPC Partner gives you the chance to become involved in the regulation of your own profession and it is a useful professional development activity.

The HCPC are currently seeking Orthoptists to recruit to the role of Registration Assessor.

Registration Assessors review applications from professionals qualified outside the UK and make decisions on whether applicants meet our standards.

If you think you can make a positive contribution to the work of the HCPC and are interested in becoming a Partner then we would like to hear from you.

Please visit our website where you can find out more about the role and information on how to apply.
